    Writing a book about small sellings that are being robbed by buyers on ebay

    Hello everyone - I just had an experience with a buyer on ebay that has robbed me of item by using the ebay buyer's protection plan. I decided to write a book about this topic. I'm looking for other small seller who has had the same thing happen to them. Tell me your story and I might use it in my book. I will be posting this request all over the internet and looking for the most interesting stories. I've started by watching YouTube videos and now compiling stories from other people who haven't had a chance to voice their frustrations with this unfair policy. Let us remind ebay it was the small sellers who are the ones who made them what they are today. Thanks for reading.

    • What is the item in question? What was the auction number? The are a few people here (like myself) that would be a great help to you on future auction to prevent that from happening again. My average weekly sell-thru is 98% and I have never had a problem with a buyer robbing me in 15 years of selling. Hope this helps.

    • This is the perfect place to post this. The stock price is very important to many people. Also, Yahoo Finance posts show up on Google much more easily than posts on a consumer affairs web site/blog. So keep it up and write as many books as you can. You really don't even need actual experiences, you can use your imagination, it will all apply to actual experiences whether someone tells you about them or not. Here's a few, 1) customer orders wrong item and admits it in an e-mail to the seller, then files buyer protection claim "not as described". 2) International customer files claim "Item not received", customer receives full refund from Ebay, item is returned three months later by customs department, for failure of recipient to pay customs fees. 3) USA Customer files claim he didn't receive item, though tracking shows it was delivered with his signature, that one usually resulted in the sellers favor, but the funds were still placed on hold while Ebay "investigates", usually two weeks. I could go on, but you get the idea, just make it up...it's all true anyway!

    • Wrong place to be doing this. Noody here would ever, ever, ever give you their eBay ID or info on their identity, that is unless they are a total fool.
