SGEN Seattle Genetics should be bought on any near-term weakness, says RBC Capital
RBC Capital believes that new indications for Seattle Genetics' Adcetris drug could generate more than $1B in sales, and the firm recommends that long-term investors buy the stock on any near-term weakness.

    • Yes, Rate=Ricky. He's been caught before at that. Ricky gets confused easily and sometimes posts under an unintended alias.

    • rate = rick?

    • Nice attempt rednot. But whereas your posts have your clique as the audience there are other more objective readers out there that see throught your paultry effort to belittie.

you see dear NOT. It takes more energy for you and yours to attempt ridicule than it does for me to state some simple (Honest, genuine, and realistic) observations. Don't you think others outside your clique can see throught your silliness?

Yes they can. Yes you should grow up and graciously accept contrary opinion.

      Nuff sed!

    • If Jason Kantor from RBC is correct that Adcetris will be a one billion dollar sales per year product and then a five billion market cap or $40 + per share is certainly appropriate not including the ADC pipeline. If the Bears who claim/believe that Adcetris will never exceed $200 million per year are correct then SGEN Is fully or overly valued at the current price again without valuing the pipeline and thus we have a large short interest who are waiting for Adcetris sales disappointments . I am long with a $9 cost basis and expect much higher prices and think that in time Adcetris will be a larger not smaller product and the ADC pipeline in time will develop additional succesful products but I have been doing this long enough to know that nothing is certain until it happens. It will require patience which some on this board don't understand. Best of luck to all the Longs!

      • Hey Blupe perhaps you might be refering to me re:patience.

Please do not EVER mistake lack of patience with appropriate handling of Risk:Reward, a huge difference.

Perhaps some have a position on SGEN that's more than "all-in and wait".

PS: Closings like the one today and the wild swings that SGEN exhibits isn't for the faint of heart. As I've admitted on many occations I'm on the sidelines and watching the "play".

I'll feel better about a position when SGEN is more of an investable equity and less like a board game. (Why does Shoots & ladders come to mind?)

        Carry on.

    • Is that one billion per year?
