If you need "luck" in the stock market then You are the one who is Clueless! I'm sure the investors in OCR are just trembling because of some banks downgrade wow scary stuff...
But since your announcing a downgrade please enlighten us poor clueless investors as to the ramifications of a "Barclays downgrade" why is this sooo earth shattering??
