SA doesn't have the answer, but it "may" raise flags in the caution arena.
A man w/that medical knowledge leaving a blockbuster potential (ICT-107 + ) success doesn't just get up and leave without good reason. SA quote (Sing)...knew how to create shareholder value".
Who is in his place? This is serious news needing answers.
He left IMUC, yet at the present he is still the largest shrholder of any of the insiders. The belief was that he is a most proficient CEO in the startup phase of a Co.. It could have been a fallout w/ Dr. YU. Statistically, CEO's only last 3-5 yrs. w/ any given Co. Dr. Singh is no exception.
Yu replaced, after all it's his baby. It doesn't really matter why, but Singh's talent as a pps "enhancer" weren't necessary anymore. Singh, publicly anyway, expressed an interest in selling the co. for optimal "shareholder value". Yu clearly thought the opposite. Yu also has Rahul Singhvi on the board (ex, and missed CEO of NVAX) Who's first title was Director of Science. MO: Singhvi is top, top notch. He's why I'm here.
This is an old discussion, it happened a while ago. IF YOU HAD SPENT 5min DOING DD, you would discover much insightful conversation on various reasons/plausibilities. But that isn't your intent, is it?
Sentiment: it's usually "hold". Lately it's been "buy". Currently it's "buy now!"
