I hadn't bought all those shares at .50 cents? Where would MJNA be now? Still at .27 or thereabouts? Did I just help MJNA make history? After all, who else can say they bought 500,000 shares at .50 cents? And as it turns out, it was the right thing to do because even if I wasn't responsible for elevating this stock, it has stayed up and is slated to go way way up really soon. So either it was me or it wasn't but I am going to make a lot of money soon.

question... im still learning so bare with me
if you bought 500 k shares at .50 why didnt that send the price up higher.... why did the price drop to .27 or whatever... wouldnt your big purchase of shares increased the price ... or does it take millions of shares to move a price up a little... my knowledge is the more shares bought the price goes up because there is less available to purchase.. am i correct in that assumption?
thanks for saving us!
It did go up. After I bought, what happened was, there was a lot of pressure to drive the price down to see if I would sell off in fear, or to see if I was a day trader. Day traders close out their positions daily, before the end of the day. But I am neither a day trader nor do I live in fear. Additionally, my 500,000 is a relatively small number, compared to the 750,000,000 shares outstanding. But, after it went down briefly to .26 or whatever, it bounced right back up to the .40's, and yesterday touched .50 again. I imagine I am not the only one buying and holding, so my holding fast combined with others buying and holding too, is slowly driving the price back up.......
Aside from day traders, there are some other factors here: what I call big fish, investors with lots of money who wanted to get in at .25 or .26 so they could sell at .50 and double their money. And another group, the what I call the haters. People who simply don't want this to succeed. So they try to drive the price down to hurt other investors and they post on boards like this one to try to scare investors out of this stock.
Imagine after the prohibition, there was a little start up company called Jack Daniels. What was their initial price per share? How many people of that time were against it? The parallels are numerous......I'd say, as others have said, any shares you buy right now under a dollar is a safe investment. Just my opinion. Based on the way I see this unfolding in the future, much like Jack Daniels after the end of prohibition.....
