This is Michelle Sides, Chairman and COO of MJNA. I have never posted on this board and beyond livid that I feel the need to do so now. I was made aware of an article published by Seeking Alpha which contains Libel, Defamation and Criminal Liability for his actions which I assure you I will NOT take lightly. The person he identified as "Michelle Lynn Sides" is NOT me. I have never been arrested a day in my life, do not have a criminal record - not to mention, I am 43 not 32 and proud of it, I do not have any kids, and yes, I am an attorney which Mr. Alpha will so find out about what that means. It disgust me that some pathetic broker has hidden behind an article to short the stock for his own gain. I assure the rest of you that allegations contained in that article are FALSE which will be addressed in immediate legal action against Mr. Alpha.
If Mr. Alpha would like to contact me directly versus hiding behind his post he is more than welcome to as he knows how to locate me - just as I assure him that my litigation attorneys will know where to find him and will do so soon! So, I look forward to meeting you Mr. Alpha!
As for everyone else, on behalf of MJNA, we do deeply thank you for your support and positive responses. You are welcomed to contact us at any time. We are proud of what we have accomplished and are incredibly excited about the things to come.
Michelle Sides, Chairman and COO
LIES. No COO would post on a sparsely-looked-at forum. This was a case of a public slander. It should be addressed publicly. Ihub is not the same as yahoo, this post is FALSE. And it is NOT Michelle. She has been on a plane and it crashed and she was fatally injured in the crash.
How about you host a live Google hangout to address the shareholders? Nobody really knows this is in Michelle Sides. This is the 21st century and if you are in fact who you say you are, you can easily hold a live interview for your shareholders right now from the comfort of your office.
Sentiment: Strong Sell
Nobody knows if that is the real Michelle Sides, either. Posting on IHub is a little less than transparent, imo.
I bought a few at .33 when it came out, but it remains to be seen if the company formally responds. It's a shame they might find it necessary to address these hit pieces as they appear. This one clearly shook the tree a lot harder than the last one.
