DENVER — Kayvan Khalatbari rings up more than $1 million in annual sales at Denver Relief, the #$%$ dispensary he runs out of a downtown storefront, and business keeps getting better. But rather than opening a new location, Khalatbari, 30, is expanding in a different direction. He is devoting more time to doing consulting work for fledgling #$%$ entrepreneurs interested in setting up shop in Massachusetts. Denver Relief is one of several companies from Colorado eager to capitalize on the “green rush” as Massachusetts’ #$%$ program gets off the ground this year.
