we should try and manipulate the stock down ourselves
We should suspend the dividend for a quarter. That should knock a few ppoints off then we can use the money for buybacks. Then when the price stabilizes announce we are going to suspend the dividend for a year, buyback more stock. Then announce a special dividend $0.50 january 15th, then make the ex dividend date after expiration to screw over option shorts. Then announce permanently end dividend, and start the buybacks back up using debt to buy more.
