...keep in mind that over 90% of options positions EXPIRE WORTHLESS. Don't be a sucker.
Options are NOT designed for people who are rank amateurs (the vast majority of people on this board. I can tell from their totally ignorant posts concerning how to play the options. TOTAL waste of your money unless you're a PROFESSIONAL and understand 100% about what you are actually doing.
You cannot learn this in a mediocre 3 minute Youtube video. DO NOT be fooled.
here's one to do/ buy the stock at $26.00 or so like I did for the long haul ( upward trend reversal) Then buy some cheap $20.00 strike puts just in case the co does go bellyup, which is also possible just like worldcom ( remember) then sit back if it goes up like it did. The hard shares make money immediately, the puts are woth less but theres a limit where they can go worthless but the stock is movin higher making you more money. Course no one knows for sure but Im up 100% or so in just the last few weeks, i had a feeling about this. remember I had a feeling about sirius in feb 2009, had all my friends get in too under 15 cents per and we all still own sirius at over $3,10 per share. Nice 2200% profit . Finally Im also in AVP ( which could be another herbalife in fact shorts have moved out of avon by 25% a positive upward move as ell, and TPX temperpedic shorts have started to exit here too and look years high $82.00 Low $22.00 or so & its now at $34.00, I jumped in at $32.40, I think its a trend reversal too/ also now looking at wendys too GL
If you sold Jan 19 puts @25 when it was trading at around $4.50, how much would you have made by now? What's % out of nothing? It's pure profit, with zero amount of investment outlay.
bought some $32.50 calls when it was $29 rolled it over to jan 11 $40 when it hit $35 now I rolled it all over to jan 19 $45 calls. Booked some profit and now playing with all their money. It is the only way to play this puppy right now. For each jan 4 $32.50 call I bought at ,$48 I made $275 in just a couple of days. Why anyone would play this any other way is beyond me.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
