    Question for Herb Greenberg

Herb, it would be helpful for you to answer the following questions in relation to your documentary piece on Herbalife:
    1. How do people lose money becoming distributors? Is it the products they buy and never manage to sell? How is this any different from a retailer who orders a product and doesn't manage to sell it?
    2. You reference the mother who says she lost $10,000. What did she lose it on? If it is on products, why would she have ordered so much all at once? Does Herbalife dictate that this level of products need to be ordered initially, or was she just over enthusiastic about ordering? Did you verify that she indeed invested this amount? If so, what happened to all the products she did not sell.
    3. When a distributor orders a product, does not sell it, but consumes it, would you characterize this as a business loss?

If you'd like to speak to me, would be happy to. Just post a response and how to reach you at a legitimate email address.
