Do you mean the FTC approves of the way HLF conducts its business? At best, the FTC will ignore HLF. But most likely, something will happen to the detriment of HLF. Ackman may not get a zero for HLF. But I can see him covering at $5.
With no horrific news there's no way Ackman gets HLF to $5 or less. If the bad news happens and it's marginal this stock will hit $50+ in minutes.
