If you think that Icahn didn't buy a huge amount of shares today, then you will probably be caught in his headlights when he announces his next major increase in share ownership.
Icahn is most probably acquiring shares at a higher volume while the SP has taken this dip on another Aaaackman short-motivated press release.
It is a buying opportunity brought on by the exodus of fearful and clueless sellers and those who may have had margin calls.
Aaaackman is not going to get the FTC to investigate his false investigations about HLF, despite his ability to get some gullible and clueless skirt at a consumer group to act as an advocate for his continued demands and whining.
Looks like Big Uncle is taking a break, but it is just the quiet before the storm!
I thought that was him at $39.60, but the lack of a bounce with volume suggests otherwise. It's pretty much confirmed he didn't buy Monday and Tuesday. I guess we'll know in two days time, but if he doesn't buy this week I imagine it is because he was restricted from doing so (want to know why?)
