HLF.....?? Why even bother investing in a fake company.
Why would you invest in a company that essentailly says we don't care who the final customer is?? We don't care how many distributors we have???? Any REAL company like Coke, GE care and track these figures so they can expand and plan their business' accordingly. Any company which adopts a pyramid trickle up commission based compensation system doesn't care because they are all at the top...... trust me HLF knows why their bsuiness model works but won't spell it out for you......
Their point was that their business model does not depend on always gaining more distributors in order to stay afloat, which would be indicative of a pyramid scheme. Any new independent distributor can become a top distributor through end sales. And regarding who the final customer is, why would HLF care who the distributors sell to? HLF's business is with the distributors, not the distributors' customers.
Warren Buffet has invested in MLM companies. NY Times has written positive articles. Many are now publicly traded. And by the way, the only MLM companies I would recommend are those that are publicly traded.
Charlie tuna, you obviously don't know anything about the distribution market space. A company sells their product to another company that is a distributor for them. The distributor resells the product to others. Each one counts their own pesos and submits their own tax returns to the IRS. Company "A" does not know who the distributor sells the products to, since they already completed their part of the transaction. Even for you Charlie tuna, that should be easy to understand. What are you not getting?
