Explains why the weakness.......scrouts are attempting a bear raid today.
"As for regulatory intervention, it strikes me that this outcome is analogous to a game of Russian Roulette. If you are long Herbalife you are speculating that regulators will not intervene. However, even if there is only one bullet in the chamber of the revolver - that bullet can kill you. The history of regulatory intervention in the U.S.A. is the confiscation of all of the company's assets and the immediate seizure of the operations in the event an investigation finds the enterprise to be a pyramid scheme. Under this scenario, HLF likely becomes a $0."
Poor Stewie. Could the shorts not get the Post to print some garbage for them today? As a long, I would much rather play Russian Roulette with one blank regulatory round in the chamber as opposed to the shorts who appear to be playing with five hollow points (fundamentals, technicals, hedge fund heavyweights, declining float, and share repurchases) in the chamber!
Matt if not unbiased is at least relentless. The point is that no matter how much he writes most of what he says even if it were true and much of it is very slanted , it would not be material. Thanks to naysayers like Matt we have made a market here and the longs and shorts have both made money if they are prudent. The real money so far though has been made by the longs as Ackman must stand as the proxy for the shorts.
the game of life is an opinion...... those with the most wisdom & transparency prevail..... both are gained by accepting failure & not making the same mistake twice..... as Donald Trump says, "get me once ok, get me twice & I am a schmuck."
