Short term debt is not often considered debt because it is revolving and can often be paid off with free cash flow if necissary, as is the case with Jade, right now. And jade did not say it was debt free it, it said it was "virtually" debt free, I assumed the virtually meant not counting short term debt.
ALL retailers have short term debt it is unavoidable.
Seriously, you are an idiot. This is a small cap company making good money. Dilution is never an issue for JADE. You want to see some real dilution, go buy some LU or Nortel. Even with their billion dollars revenue, still has not made any money yet.
are you sure jade is debt free? yahoo shows jade carrys 37mil debt. I remember you sold jade at 2.6 last year. It was your wife's retirement account if I remembered correctly. It must be painful to watch jade rose to a high of 4.8, is it? Jade announce good results today, yet the stock is manupilated down. This happens to a lot of good stocks, most recent example is palm that I personally own.I just choose today to get back my jade shares which I sold in high 4's. I'm sure i can sell jade in high 4's again. We will see.
Having owned a little of this stock for six years, the trend is the same. Company makes good money and expands. Looks like a great growing company. However, the management takes most of the money for themselves and leaves the stockholders holding the bag. I'll still keep a little of it but seriously doubt I'll make any real money. Cheers. Hi margin---Keep up the good work---It sure has made management report on your timeschedule.
