What I was getting at was revenues that are a result of cancellation of subscriptions vs. actual ongoing subscription fees.When someone cancels HV usually gets a lump sum cancellation fee -- and we'll soon see how HV is booking that revenue.. because there are ALOT of mid-subscription cancellations.
And that is why the company refuses to be upfront about the churn rate. If we know the true churn rate, we can figure out how much revenue comes from cancelation (even if the company does not break it down). Good point.
