Last night learned that KKR is looking at LBO of this company. No wonder it climbed 30% in the last 6 months and 10% on friday. Jumping into it now is like joining the orchestra on Titanic while everybody is jumping into life boats.
Don't think there will be a leveraged buy out. It makes much more sense to allow larger companies like Roche, Thermo Fisher etc to buy and incorporate into their fold. This stock could potentially get to 80 range or higher allowing the bidders to outbid each other. The bids have to be in by end of month so that could be done in 2 to 3 weeks. I would be surprised to see the buy out price at 22- 24 bil including debt. It's going to take that kind of deal in order for the board to approve. It's not too late to get on board as this goes to 68 level.
