    NAV is all that matters

The pps depends on the per acre value. If $1,200 per acre then after debt I see PCL value at $35 a share; however each $100 more per acre raises the pps by over $4 a share. No wonder the pps goes up and down so often.
Solution, buy below $35, hold forever?

    • I'm not following the valuation of the timberlands held by PCL as you describe it. Balance sheet shows "Timber and Timberland" as asset valued at 3,455M.

$3,455M/7M acres= $493/Acre this is well below the $1200 to $1500 cited by posters. How do I get there from here?

I do not have a position in PCL .

      Thanks for any helpful info...
