All you lemming who bought this on other peoples recommendation are learning a very valuable lesson. Kinder Morgan is the best of breed, but blind following is stupid. Sheep get trimmed, trimmed again, trimmed again, and then get slaughtered.
I bought KMR in the mid 40's after someone kindly explained to me how KMR is not the GP of Kinder Morgan just an "MLP" that receives its distribution in stock, not cash, hence no K-1, yippee, and not a real MLP. Then Kinder Morgan announced their budget for distributions for next year which were over 8% -- I bought.
I'm hoping for a major pullback to add more KMR. Just bought a little KMI on its recent pullback. KMR 6.17% "yield" needs to be a little higher for me to buy.
