Not really or at least not from this deal. This is in North Central pa 200 miles ne of where MWE is collecting and processing gas. This deal involves dry gas and pipeline and compressor stations. I can add up a couple of billion worth of similar deals in the counties mentioned. Right now the counties mentioned are the sweetest spot for natural gas in the Marcellus. All dry and pipeline ready.
But don't forget in the long run according to RR they will get 45% more from their wet gas than others will get with dry gas. The deal I am following is Buckeye Pipeline non binding open season to see how much liquids they can line up if they build a pipeline from western PA to Ontario Canada. I am very much interested in finding out the ultimate potential for liquids from the Marcellus. If money is to made from ground zero in the Marcellus it will be on the Western edge. The fairway is spoken for unless one wants to pay huge bucks to get in through a workout arrangement. (ie. Mitsui's $1.4 billion investment in Anandarko. By the way that is in the same counties as mentioned.)
Ironic. I was born and raised in PA, knew most of it pretty well, remember tiny stripper wells with rusty pipe running to small tank farms. I think they pumped them maybe once a week, maybe less often. How times have changed!
