Market never went down to offering price. Looks like down about 1/2 to 2/3 of the 2 1/2% discount offered. That would be an excellent statement that the market has an appetite for MWE units.
Last, too bad posters still post questions about dilution. This has been discussed over and over and was in fact discussed in the announcement by MWE. As for a news link, one had to get past that piece of news to get to this page. Gosh people are getting lazy.
I'm guessing that the market will overreact like it always does to MLP issuances which means that we should be able to buy MWE below the offering price. Let's hope so. I'm sure we will also have the typical posts bemoaning "dilution" from people that don't understand what dilution actually means (i.e. they look at the increased number of units and cry "dilution" without factoring in the earnings from the new assets that the issuance bought.)
