Look at fundamental. Most of the steel stocks report very good results, IIIN was down simply it is way ahead itself(the stock was up 600% at one time from its low in a year). Even WPSC, broken balance sheet, no earning had a huge valuation. SIM is only 40% of the valuation compare with its peak. The stock need to rise to 20 to catch up the valuation with other steel stocks.
Relative low volumn make this stock a little volatile, but need to get rid of tempetation to trade, after all, the fundemental will prevail. The stock should trade at double digit by earning.
