    Inability to Fulfill Obligations

In this day and age the inability to post deposits, transfer funds and conduct online banking activities for three business days is completely unacceptable. As a future former customer of Capital City I am enraged at this mishap. As soon as I am able to find out the exact amount in my accounts (since Capital City is unable to tell me this and I can't pull it up online due to computer failures) I will be closing all of my accounts. Additionally, they are unable to deposit my paycheck or complete any of the automatic payments to creditors that were queued to drop this week. But of course I am still able to use my debit card, only problem is I am unable to see my balance. When I inquired about my payments being late to my creditors all they did was say "I'm sorry." Well "I'm sorry" will not keep away the late penalties or the increased interest rates that will be imposed if my payment is late. The worst part is, this has already happened once this year. My automatic payments were not dropping so I had to manually make my payments. Not that the manual part is a problem, just the fact that the bank didn't even notify me of their problems. Only upon a watchful eye of my bank accounts online was I able to discover my bills were not paid. I overlooked this first incident because I have been a long time client with multiple accounts. I can not and will not over look it this time. Good-bye Capital City Bank and hello Robins Federal Credit Union.
