there are almost no true, golden values in anything that I have looked at recently. I'm afraid these days to get value you have to turn to some recently exploded bombs - PLB, KKD, QFAB for instance. But this leaves you as a turnaround investor which entails an additional component of risk. Not true value investing.
I highly suspect that the peak for Euro/USD is near. Very high probability that the peak will occur within 6 months or less time. Maybe much less.
My wife's relatives keep giving us updates in the closing of plants and the unemployment rate in Germany. Not a pretty picture. Not much better in France either from what I've read. With Germany and France in such economic problems how much longer can the Euro stay strong?
However, I think that the decline of the USD (and Euro) against Asian currencies, CDN, AUD, and probably some LATAM currencies has just started and has a way too go.
