......when SBS received notice that it would be taxed at a significantly higher rate. Since then, SBS lost just about exactly half of its value. Yesterday, the company received notice that their taxation rate would essentially be the same as previously. So, should not SBS return to its share price of March 26th? I say "YES." So do we not have quite a way to go to get to $16/share?
It looks like more "investors" are realizing what I said yesterday about the charges which SBS can make for its services (being in line with actual increases in costs). On that basis, we should be seeing a rapid move upward toward the $16/share of six months ago, although economic considerations of Brazil could limit that gain to something like $14/share.
