Even, one month ago, when the government of Brazil noted that changes in their laws should not adversely effect SBS's stock price, this had almost no effect on SBS's share price. Over the recent past, SBS has had a price/earnings ratio of twice its present value of 6. Once the short seller effect is removed, I believe that SBS will return to its former glory.
