Flight attendents at LUV just scored a pay increase....
AMR's will be looking for the same. Strike is on the horizon, I just don't see how it can be avoided....

  The unions have to be released into cooling off by the mediator first.
  Then a 30 clock begins, then a union "can" go on strike, but not
  necessarily will. The mediator is not going to release the pilots anytime soon,
  certainly not before the busy summer season. So all you "chicken littles" can relax.

  the difference is AMR labor cost is 1/3 more than Southwest so the Union (s) have little power to get a big raise.
  
  Also, they can strike but not walk off the job so that's really not a big deal and if they do walk off they get can fired and it's not like AMR employees can afford to be out of work.
  
  AMR is a great buy get in while you still can !
