EXXI worth $85/share based on $34 crude price.

The $6.1 billion NAV is based on $34 BOE, and that translate to $85/share, based on this, we got way to go. The reserves does not include the Ultra deep, when they include that, then, OMG.

    • Stephen Leeb got his readers into this a month or two back saying it had the most potential of anything in his growth portfolio, which is saying a lot.

    • Not sure where you are getting the $34 price from
The all-sources proved reserves replacement rate was 469 percent. Excluding acquisitions, the nearly 390 percent organic reserves replacement rate was a record for Energy XXI. Pre-tax proved-only present value, using a 10 percent discount rate (PV10), totaled $6.1 billion as of June 30, 2013, using prices of $91.60 per barrel of oil and $3.44 per MMBTU of gas, before differentials, based on the SEC-prescribed first-of-the-month average prices for the preceding 12 months.

      • Simple, I did not segregate oil and gas, they have 179 million BOE at $6.1 billion NPV, divide $6.1 billion by 179 million barrel, that gives you $34 per barrel. Now to get to $85, divide NPV of $6.1 billion which is based on $34 BOE, by number of shares, you get $85, if you account for debt you get $61/share, all on $34 price for oil equivalent which is part oil and part gas, but mostly oil.
