What the Heck? Big selloff last 10 minutes 04/22
What is the deal with that big selloff of ICF in the last 10 minutes of trading today (Wednesday 04/22)? Makes no sense. ICF should have been up good today, like it was for a short time after the housing data was released indicating an improvement with the housing situation.
The market as a whole also dropped the last 10 minutes, with no real news to explain the drop.
