    I find it quite interesting that Chariot is pleading its case on its web site, and that the link to their claims is prominently displayed on their home page.

    Maybe it's a big deal (I still doubt it), or maybe they are bitter-butter. 10k/month in consulting fees...

    • Thanks for posting the website. Looks like Chariot must have had the proprietary testing software long before Apollo company used it. Looks like U of Phoenix paid $10K/month for the hosting service and for the testing services. If Chariot's records of Momentum's and U of Phoenix's IP addresses, etc., on their servers are to be believed, the FBI does not have to do much work. If the Chariot claim is true that only three employees of U of Phoenix had the Chariot high-security passwords, it looks like U of Phoenix and Momentum have real problems coming. I wonder what the settlement terms from Chariot are going to be. Should be interesting.
