In no defense of UOP but they have finals and they are no joke. I had to go through the Cisco Network Certification through UOP and I was actually taken by surprise on the level of difficulty the final was. Apparently, every institution accredited by the HLC must use the same curriculum and texts. I called bs on this until I found a syllabus online for Stanford and it was nearly identical to the UOP program. Now to see that Stanford is peddling the same material, I almost feel you are simply buying a brand name these days when it comes to degrees. I think Moody's has discovered the same thing and this is why the lowered guidance on all institutions this week.

Have you taken a look at their final exams in the school of business? All students in the course receive the same set of questions. You can ace the test by searching for the solutions on the internet. Sad.
