You obviously don't understand the business model and its finances. CCI is more like an REIT - large capital investment and debt, large depreciation write-offs, and lots of cash-flow.
CCI has been my biggest money maker. I bought some on a recommendation of a friend who is a lobbyist in this industry at about 24-25 during the tech boom. When the crash happened, I got out at about 18-19, and forgot about it for a while. Next time I looked at it, it was priced like an impending bankruptcy, and I finally did some DD and realized that people weren't understanding the financial pages. I bought a bunch at $1.11, and over the years gifted it, in kind, to my college-aged daughters. They could sell it and pay only 5% tax, and used it to fund a lot of their college expenses.
