It is now at half the peak level. I don't think you can call it "secure". It is worth what the market will bring - no more, no less.
You cannot just blow off the UBTI. You might find youself in a situation where you are paying 25-35% UBTI tax inside an IRA, or a Roth, and then pay the same 25-35% 1040 tax when you take the money out.
You really need to get tax advice and see if this scenario would apply to you.
This stock is trading at about 50% of its last two-year average. Please don't make the mistake of calling it "secure". It is not. I think it is a good buy at this level, but this is 1929 all over again, and no one knows how it will play out.
