I know EEQ pays its dividends in stock ( Just like KMR ), so there are no K-1 issues.
Does EEP issue a K-1?
and what do you mean by K-1 issues?
In previous years when I owned MLPs, I had to struggle with K-1 reporting in tax returns. They were not easy.
I know that for some, it's very simple, but for me it was a tough time.
thus I prefer to buy and hold MLPs which issue 1099s or pay in stock, such as KMR and EEQ.
but I know that LINE, for example, has LNCO, which issues 1099, pays dividends in cash, and does not issue K-1.
are there other examples line LNCO?
