CRY will probably be able to buy more Medafor shares as we go along.
My guess is that they will not gain control, but maybe they don't care. The stock they buy should appreciate nicely...because of the good job being done by Medafor management.
This is a way this puts CRY in a "win-win".
I'm fine with their stock doing well and CRY shareholders doing well.
CRY's getting control though would probably be bad for Medafor shareholders.
