This company is going out of business...when they play games..they get are getting their own medicine....I am an investor in this company but now I do not have any faith in the current management...This Quarter look for it to fall to 3/share
Wait till you see how reckless Medafor management will get when their lawyers tell them they won't take Medafor shares in lieu of cash money. Medafor has been throwing those shares around like sailors on shore leave and they are not worth much any more. The legal armegeddon that is about to begin may put a small dent in CRY's earnings BUT it will take all the hemostat Medafor's got to stop the cash bleed that will ironically be their own cause of death.
The only ones that have made out in the short term are the folks that got CRY to buy their equity shares in Medafor for two bucks!
Cryolife is not doomed, it may/will take a hit short term, Medafor is the one doomed, they can not afford the cost of protracted legal expense which will be required and any award (and there will be one) will easly force them in BR. Too bad both companies could have profited. Futher dilution of their stock will be very damageing.
