At first BBBY was charging a $15 restocking fee. Then masses of customers rightly argued that in these hard economic times it would be cruel to saddle someone with a k-crap kontraption, like a life sentence forcing them to pay a high price per cup, and we're talking about onyl getting instant coffee for that price. BBBY has now eliminated the restocking fee. People all across the east cost are braving the snow to return their k-crap kontraptions and get real coffee brewers. There was a woman near NYC that got stuck in the snow and walked the last 1.5 miles carrying the unwanted kontraption. Folks are coming in on snowmobiles, cross-country skiis, even snowshoes. Traditional modes of transportation to return this great nation to traditional coffee brewing! In Pennsylvania an entire family piled onto a one-horse sleigh to return their kontraption. That the spirit!
Wednesday, as the snow melts, legions of patriotic Americans will return their kontraptions in exchange for real coffee brewers. They'll return stale k-crap for mounds of fresh beans ready for grinding at home moments prior to real brewing. And then, all across this great country, real Americans will enjoy real-brew coffee.
All that effort to return a brewer, and when they finally made it to the mall, it was closed due to the blizzard. What a bunch of losers! Talk about a "short story!" L.O.L. Too funny. But as the story continues, when they all returned home, they decided to make some hot kocoa to warm their frost bitten limbs. That kocoa was soo good, not only did they keep their brewers, they all joined Cafe Express (to avoid ever having to brave the cold weather again) and lived happily ever after! The End.
If any of that is true the simple reason is they needed the cash.No conspiracy no, need to out think yourself and get on the wrong side of the trade.Thats what Greenberg and the other talking heads are for.
Where did you get all this information from? woman walking 1.5 miles etc.. how would you know? Any news release as such? I am short on gmrc.. it would be nice to know the basis for your comments.. any numbers? return rate?
