Just to clarify, it is going on 3 years no over 3 years, still an absurdly long time for an SEC inquiry and IMO a sign that there is more pain to come.
If they had any supported charges they should be provided to the public, if they do not have any supported charges yet...then they need to stop wasting gmcr's and taxpayers time and money

A sign of more pain, yes, when the SEC announces they found no irregularities but continueD to investigage and have announced they are prosecuting Einhorn, Herbie Greenturd and a bunch of other people!
