PUMPKIN BLEND K-CUPS Being advertised tonight on CNBC and E News so far...
Could it be that they raced this out early because they know SBUX is having problems getting enough pumpkin sauce to put in their $6 Halloween blend available (sometimes) in their stores??
SBUX should call GMCR to see if they can spare some KCups pumpkin mix. LOL
Has anyone seen GMCR's private label blends launched out to Krogers and Safeway yet? MCD still seems to be the likely high bidder for GMCR, but as Dunkin Donuts continues to gain share and goes after SBUX's western half of country market share as well as back east, maybe SBUX ought to be thinking more strategically... of course, doesn't seem to grip that even if the granola crowd will pay up more than 2x what a cup of GMCR costs in the new brewers (less in K-Cup format) to drink SBUX SS cups, that is going to decrease their revenue stream and store traffic on a one for one basis -- and their gross margin will be clobbered down from $5.50 per cup to say half of $1.50 for a verisimo latte... LOL
Meanwhile, Davy the Einhorner is Einhorning himself starting today... see you at $35 before year end Davy. Dave? Dave? Dave!? What are you doing Dave? it's me, HAL. ROFLOL
back on national TV tonight.
Davy's last gasp LOL
Just saw the ad bright and early this morning. what an einhorning effect for the short gimps.
now we add Snapple kcups to the pardae of good news coming to bury short gimps and let davy einhorn go "einhorn himself" if you follow my extrapolation of his comments on gmcr. LOL, gmcr gonna skewer these short dolts.
just bought a box of the Pumpkin kcups -- it's better than the sbux version that is $5 a cup more. LOL
For the newbies here. Einhorn is going to get buried now.
love to see this... SBUX customers will soon vacate the granola stores in favor of great donuts and to remain stocked up on their DD kcups -- same or better coffee than SBUX single serve for less than 1/2 as much per cup.
