It seems like almost every day this stock opens fairly high, quickly tanks 2-4% or more, then recovers. This often happens, as it is today, in the first hour of trading.
I do not see GMCR as a very good long term investment, but it seems like a day traders delight. I was just wondering if anyone was trying to take advantage of the intraday volatility here.
To me, I believe that they may have a few really good quarters ahead of them, and the price could go up smartly. By 2015 though, I expect the price to be lower than today, my opinion only.
yes I bought yesterday 260 shares @ 67.71 and sold at 71. I jumped back in today at 69.5 for 270 shares
Sounds like your broker might tag you with a "GOOD FAITH VIOLATION . THE SEC Rulles dont allow buying, selling and buting a stock on the same day
I'm very tempted to sell now, lock in some profits, but will be cursing myself if it has consecutive days of big jumps (which has happened before)
