Bruin I have made a gross error and mistatement. Thank you for catching it. I overlooked a detail in a form 5 that Ratchford had disposed of 100k + of warrents which he did not execute. I appologize for this stupid error.

Things are very good in the ownership of this stock by insiders!

It was a form 4 that was filed....I will look for it too.

Cadwell is the primary investor, he owns most of the company. It looks like he has been infusing money on an almost monthly schedule to keep the company going. I'm hoping he would only do this because he sees a payoff coming. I too don't see the indication of Rathford selling. Katzaroff initially founded the company as a sprorting goods store. The physicst is Cadwell, who also owns a local, profitable company.

Also Katzaroff is the most important insider. He is the founder, CEO, and chairman.

He owns over 7 million, and he just recently bought some more.

So I am not concerned a bit.

They have been buying for years. Look at the top floor's shareholders. This stock tanked because Ratchford was selling. Everyone else with options has purchased and now we are moving up a bit. They have also bought on the open market I believe completely on their own coin. This stock has been $1 and it has had no reverse splits or any shinanigans as ADMD. It has come from PK purgatory. I am not pumping so please do not take it that way. It is a thinly traded stock in a real company in a very technical and expensive to launch industry. If they continue to make conservative business decision, get favorable financing for smart growth and grants this is possibly a nice speculative growth stock.
