Since warrants don't expire until 2017, I doubt there would be any immediate dilution. If the investors believe in this company, they will wait until the stock is much higher, and more volume to sell their shares. If the market agrees with me, the stock will be up tomorrow, with it's new capital infusion. If it doesn't, then this thing may be headed back to .06
That is the second one. Since July, they raised 1 million, and dilution can be to the tune of about 75 million shares. Maybe it's just going to cost them to much to get this baby going.
