Looks like Jim and Co. will be involved in some international speaking engagements during the near term. Also look at the "proven success" page on AMIC's website. Nice for AMIC to update the website as it gives investors some insight as to what's going on. Fortunately I was able to pick up 5900 shares at the opening bell. Things are looking good. Nice work AMIC. MDLAND~
Moto I read through all of it. It is stuff that I knew about or expected. It is all reasons validating that the share price is way to low. Also, all reasons that I will continue to add to my position. Many bears will say I told you so but the company has a plan, is implimenting that plan and their expectations are realistic. A couple validating quarterlies and the word will get out and the value of ADMD will rise accordingly!
SS I figured you would be privy to most of the info in the 8K and on the October 2013 updated website. I, on the other hand, stumbled upon ADMD on July 22nd and made my first purchase on July 23rd (and yes, I did hours of DD beforehand). So technically, I'm a newbie. When I look back though, I, along with a number of other possible investors, missed out on two, one time conference calls. Until recently, website hadn't been updated and as Jim said, they've been relatively quiet all summer. Access to company numbers, charts and statistics, will give existing and future shareholders somewhere to go to for due diligence from this point forward. The 8K did alluded to the fact that we need funding for things to progress, so there shouldn't be any surprises when the share count goes up. As you and I have mentioned, the next few quarterlies need to show a positive pattern to get folks to jump aboard. AMIC's credibility has been dragged down by it's recent history and at this point, a lot of folks are on the sidelines saying, 'show me the money'. I use the term 'show me the money', but in essence, folks are saying, show me the products. Once AMIC starts to get the ball rolling, that's when credibility will be re-established, that's when when investors will be willing to invest, that's when more government funding will come in. The upside for you, me and a few others, is that at this time, we can be part of this company for a undervalued price per share. Lucky us. MDLAND~
Just an FYI. If you need the link to the 8K and have trouble accessing it, a poster on the IHUB board, which by the way has had a few posts lately, has posted the link which has the 8K filing, along with the 25 to 30 pages of the October 2013 AMIC update.
Looks like there's now going to be a race between the number of shares issued and profitability. Again, you have to expect some dilution for the foreseeable future, but as an investor, we should expect financial progress with each and every successive 10Q. I have a feeling that volume and "investorship" will pick up after the 10Q release next month. Still Stoked! MDLAND~
Can all of you view the full 8K with the graphic showing; AMIC In the United States, AMIC Worldwide, investment highlights, growing demand page, AMIC Roadmap, Brachytherapy, financials for the last few years etc? I guess I expected more enthusiasm from the msg. board. I'll go over it more in detail when I get the time. MDLAND~
After just a quick glance at the updated website, I may have to take out a loan to buy more shares at this insanely cheap price. Are you kidding me? Won't be this price for long. Again AMIC, good job. MDLAND~
I'm sorry, but I'm stoked now. I'm going to have to have a garage sale this weekend to come up with some more funds. Matter of fact, I may have to sell the cars in the garage too.
After being quiet for a while, this new information gives investors insight as to what has been going on behind the scenes and what action AMIC will be taking in the future. The chart shows just under 200 investors as of now, but I don't expect that to be the case much longer.
Has anyone else seen the 8K yet? Check it out. MDLAND~
