currently, AMIC is working on reclassifying as a de novo device to make it a Class II. plus working with Heather Rosecrans for consulting is confirmed. This is a good sign and as soon as they reclassify this thing will jump
If this was the case they would put out a PR, or keep their mouth completely shut. But you could provide the source of this information and how you confirmed the consultant. I do think the company has made a decision and is pursing it. Its just a hunch based on zero tweets from them for two weeks, and now they are communicating a bit. I think they are going to avoid giving too much information, and maybe not give any about what they are doing so they don't end up in another situation where investors have a timeline that they can freak out about. Given its OTC they don't have to keep us informed of anything. Its possible the next formal news we hear will be FDA acceptance of radiogel or the seeds, and that maybe months away. I noticed this is the first quarter they haven't submitted any information on Oct to Dec performance (they typically would of done it mid-Feb).
I agree with you. They are going to keep their mouth shut and that is great. I E-Mailed on when the SEC filing would be out on financials and had not heard back. That disturbs me far more than the FDA RaioGel situation right now!
