    The apparent solution is dilution...

They are going to increase shares from 200,000 to 500,000. Without even an update as to what they have been doing for the past 3 months. I seriously doubt any submission for De Nova given this development. If they can actually find people to take the stock it will generate about 4.5 million dollars (assuming 1.5 cents...current value minus the 50% hit as a result of the dilution). Vote is in June, but I don't think they need us over 50% is held by insiders so its probably a done deal.

I wonder how and at what point will these shares hit the market? Will anyone buy shares without positive news? The fact that they are asking shareholders to vote for the increase in shares is just a formality. With the percentage of shares owned by insiders, the vote is a done deal. Keep in mind, we're not going from 130mil O/S on Friday to 500mil O/S on Monday. First of all, this is a vote for authorized shares only. Second, It's a process, and who knows, we may not even reach 300mil shares outstanding. Yes, I'm trying to be optimistic, because this isn't exactly positive news. SS and/or Kayak, the meeting will be held in your area, do either of you plan to attend? I just thought of something, where are the nay-sayers? They usually come out of the woodwork in times like this. Oh that's right, they usually get their information a day late. If we get bombarded with negative posts all of a sudden, we'll then know that it's probably just one person with multiple aliases. Hold. MDLAND-

    • They may do public offerings to raise capital, the question is can they raise capital at the rate better than market? If you remember, in the past, they have issued warrants at exercisable rate significantly higher than market rate. If they were to dump 300M shares in open market at current value or less, the stock price will be in double 0s with the market cap less than 2M. Now imagine what that will do to the 110M insider shares.

It's going to be interesting to see how the stock price will react going forward. Even though, there is a difference between authorized and outstanding, that is a lot of shares. This is going to affect the vested interest of the directors also, so they still have at least a little incentive to press on. Unfortunately, we're now getting close to R/S territory. The only reason I don't fear an imminent reverse split is because of the number of shares held by the directors. Going to get interesting. MDLAND~
