If Only Google could create algorithm to replace congress (OT)

So every election cycle we can replace the traditional election with a 50 or 100 question survey that would then create a virtual representative for the people of each state. Survey would consist of various social, economic and national defense questions. Based on the outcome of these questions a virtual politician is created who doesn't get elaborate benefits and pensions, and is not obligated to vote in a block based on the promise of some committee chairmanship from shlubs like John Boehner and Harry Reid. A small group of human representatives can remain in place on a part time basis for special unforeseen circumstances. Country saves millions and gets better representation.

I will of course retain all rights and royalties for this idea.
