HKN has a history of reverse splits that left me with basically no shares, one reverse split was 23 to 1 and there has been a number more. It should be getting close to another with share price down to less than $2., may be talking with judge already They always claim it makes more investors interested (new ones that don't know the history of their reverse splits).
You haven't been around for a while. The last split was 1 new share for forty old and a new ticker symbol HKNI was formed. They paid out the odd lots. Since the new ticker symbol has no mssg board, the old HKN is being used. My hunch is that any consummated buy back might be viewed as extremely bullish at this point. Regardless of the past pps performance. THOUGHTS?
