Why call me a SCAB?
Just because I put my family first and go back to work why do you call me a SCAB? It is your right to strike and my right to strike or go back to work. So it you believe in the union and your right to strike how can you not believe in my right to disagree and go back to work? Besides, you use the word scab without looking up the meaning. A scab facilitates healing. Hopefully my going back to work will faciliate healing so this stike ends soon.

Did you do all you could do to prevent your having to cross a picket line ? Did you honestly look for other work. Did you save ? Did you look for help ?

Are you a stores expediter type........if so, you are the reason we are still striking...to save your job. The only SCAB I know of IS a expediter........Carol Fields who works at the military flight center as a expediter.....she wont even fight for her own job but then why should she.......... as long as others will fight for her she cares about no one but herself. And to make things worse....she is useless in her job but the union will continue to fight for her job and HAVE to protect her after we come back and give her any bonus's that SHE DIDNT EARN!!!!! Does that explain why SCABS are the lowest form of life.
They are parasites.....they only take, they never give! -

Things are cool. Now, even most the members I know feel I did the right thing. They are afraid to do the same but wish they could. Yeah, I start out as a jerk and now viewed as the smart guy. Go figure.

I understand about everybody issue. But you have to know that their some people need to support their family and house payment. But also everybody have to understand the issue that company try to out sourcing job to Asia and Europe.If these keep happening, we all won't have any job left.This is the biggest issue on the proposal for the final offer.ry
If you need temporary job until the strike is over, you can work for the agency service.They start kind of high. Starting about $13-20 an hour.
The strike won't be longer than 4 more weeks. -

Claims the smug city worker that has built in seniority, a job that will NOT ever be outsourced and who sometimes sits on his bunk for 3 days at a time without ever having to raise a hand.
BTW, I LOVE reading the stockholder's whines. It leads me to believe that you guys may at some point whine where it may do some good, the BOD. -

I know of 8 guys one gal that is crosses as soon as the insurance runs out. Four of them have to as they don't want to borrow from the union.
