Once this problem is overcome you can expect PPS to increase a great deal.

They will find out soon why this has been a problem on a few aircraft but not the rest of the fleet.
Are you the electrical engineer that know's what went wrong and it isn't more that just a few airplanes that had a problem?
If so, you should clue in Boeing and the FAA what went wrong so they can start flying and delivering planes. I'm sure they would pay you a premium to solve this.

They seem to be sure it's not an overcharging issue now. The batteries have a monitor almost like their own black box to confirm how much electricity passes and when.

You are kidding yourself. Been in BA for many, many years. THis is a monster. Jimmy Mac hasn't done a thing for BA since his tenure started. This will not be a cheap fix.
