Texas real estate is taking off because all the oil companies and corporations making a killing selling us oil at $120+ a Barrel. People are RICH in Texas while the rest of the nation is getting the life sucked out of them!!!!
On top of that, just their building alone in Newport Beach, CA is probably worth more than the entire MKT CAP.
I think rent prices are rising in Texas for them and this company will be showing positive net income soon. If you look at their K filings you will see that many leases are ending and probably renegotiating them at much higher rents.
I put a PPS Value of $150-$200. Sound like a lot, but you have to remember they only have 1.3 million shares outstanding.
As book value is only $5.4M and the company was just established a few years ago, it is hard to imagine any scenario where their properties are worth anything close to the $62M this company is now being valued at. Based on the average life of their assets, that would mean they have on average a 12X profit on these warehouse propreties. LOLOLOL. Could be the greatest short ever.
